Scone Races

The Horse Capital of Australia - Scone is a very special country town in the Upper Hunter. Surrounded with more than 70 horse studs and many rural properties that support the area’s multimillion dollar thoroughbred industry.

There is nothing quite like a country race meet. It is a fun, relaxing day out even for the person that has no idea about betting or the racing industry. For those who do not know which way the horses gallop around the track, there are always people to offer ‘expert’ help and tips on how to “back a winner”.  

A day at the Scone country style races with ‘The Kings’ gives you access to first class facilities. Our group will have Reserved Seating in the air conditioned function area, close to betting areas, bars and restaurants, a Race Book and Buffet Lunch are all included in the tour cost.
